Conflict resolution, harassment and grievance
The Canadian Armed Forces (CAF) and the Department of National Defence (DND) have united previously seperated harassment, alternative dispute resolution, human rights and grievances services into one program called Conflict Solutions and Services (formerly Integrated Conflict and Complaint Management). CSS offers Conflict and Complaint Management Services across the country through centres that assist members with addressing workplace conflict.

The CAF works with the Canadian Human Right Commission to respond to human rights complaints.
