Get help reporting hateful conduct
Conflict and Complaint Management Services can help you:
- Identify, translate, and communicate the harmful effects of the behaviour.
- Report the incident to your chain of command or your manager or supervisor.
- Choose how to address the conduct. Both formal and informal approaches are available to you, including a harassment complaint, military grievance, or human rights complaint.

Counseling for civilian employees
