Discretionary Training Opportunities.
Discretionary Training Opportunities are periods of instruction and optional activities that allow corps/squadrons to customize the local program to the interests of the cadets and the resources of the community. These are organized into two categories: elective training and optional activities. Discretionary training opportunities must be planned and delivered.
