- download the EI Premium Reduction application form
- submit documents using the Employment Insurance Premium Reduction Web Portal, such as:
- Application forms
- Collective Agreements
- Formal Commitments
- Mutual Agreements
- Short-term disability plans
By telephone
You can complete the following tasks by calling the Employer Contact Centre:
- update your address and contact information
- obtain information on the EI Premium Reduction Program
- obtain information on how to apply for an EI premium reduction
- obtain information on your specific file
- update short-term disability plan information
- update information on how savings are being returned to employees (5/12th method)
- request copies of rate notices
