Funding: Foreign Credential Recognition Program – Follow-up
As of April 29, 2026, the Foreign Credential Recognition Program (FCRP) has paused its continuous intake process due to shifting program priorities and available funding. The Department is not accepting any new concept papers or proposals at this time.
6. Follow-up
The Foreign Credential Recognition Program (FCRP) will acknowledge receipt of your application after receiving it.
Not all submitted concept papers will be approved. Funding is limited and is subject to budget considerations of FCRP, Employment and Social Development Canada, and allocation of funds by Parliament.
