Important: All reports are due by March 1st of each year and must include all occurrences reported to the employer in the previous calendar year.

Types of reports
There are 4 annual reports:
- Employer's Annual Hazardous Occurrence Report (EAHOR) - Regular
- Employer's Annual Hazardous Occurrence Report (EAHOR) - Onboard
- Employer's Annual Harassment and Violence Occurrence Report (EAHVOR)
- Work Place Committee Report (WPCR)
