After you submit
Retention period
The employer shall retain a copy of all annual reports for a period of 10 years from the date of submission.
What to expect after you submit
Once your reports are received by the Labour Program, an officer will be assigned to process them. If no corrections are required, you will not receive further communication regarding the annual reports until the next reporting year.
If corrections are required
After you submit, corrections may be required. In that case, an officer may reach out by phone, email, and/or mail.
Email: Emails may be sent from our GD Inbox esdc.lab.eahor-raescr.tra.edsc@labour-travail.gc.ca or by officers with the domain name@labour-travail.gc.ca
Phone: The Labour Program has representatives throughout Canada, and you may have an agent assigned to your organization who may contact you with a Canadian area code outside of your local region or with a private number.
Mail: We may send correspondence by mail when other options are not available.
Important: To verify the authenticity of the officer, please see the GC Directory. You can search by phone number, email address and name.
If your contact information changes
If your contact details change after your reports have been submitted, you can contact the Labour Program to update your information.
