The purpose of this online form is for individuals and/or organizations to provide information on labour issues in Mexico and the United States, such as:

The information you provide will help us better understand and address labour issues related to CUSMA.

All information you report is protected by Canada’s privacy laws and will be kept confidential.
You do not have to give your name, phone number, or email address to submit a report, but these would allow us to follow up with you as required.

1. Provide the location where the labour issue(s) occurred or is occurring.
2. Describe the labour issue(s) that occurred or is occurring. Please provide as much details as possible. (Character limit: 25000)
  • what happened or is happening (be specific)
  • who took or is taking the action
  • on what date(s) it occurred or is occurring; and
  • in your opinion, what constitutes a violation of labour rights
