New substances: Canada Gazette publications

Orders, notices and other instruments for chemicals, polymers or living organisms issued under the Canadian Environmental Protection Act, 1999 (CEPA) are published in the Canada Gazette. These include risk management measures where the Minister of Environment and Climate Change (the Minister) and the Minister of Health suspect that a substance is toxic or may become toxic, and waivers of information requirements.
