New substances: Chemical and polymers advisory notes
The following advisory notes clarify certain aspects of the New Substances (NS) program for the benefit of those required to notify. Archived advisory notes
The NS program issued several advisory notes over the years. Where applicable, these clarifications were included in the Guidance document for the New Substances Notification Regulations (Chemicals and Polymers).
