Use the Government of Canada Workplace Accessibility Passport

As an employee, you’re responsible for informing your manager about any accessibility barriers you may face in doing your job. You aren’t required to self-declare to use the GC Workplace Accessibility Passport (the Passport) and, once completed, it’s confidential and cannot be viewed or shared without your consent. The Passport is a tool for all public servants.

Managers are expected to support their employees throughout the process of creating and using the Passport.
