The Pest Management Regulatory Agency (PMRA) invites the public to submit written comments on this proposal for enhanced transparency of the pesticide regulatory process. Notice of Intent NOI2022-01 is a consultation document to inform the Canadian public and stakeholders of Health Canada's intention to disclose the names of applicants and registrants for certain pest control product regulatory activities, while an application is under review and a decision is pending. The PMRA will consider written comments on this consultation up to 30 days from the date of publication of this document.
