Consultation on Pesticide Cost Recovery Pre-Proposal Notice - A Consultation Document in Advance of Parliamentary Proposal

The Pest Management Regulatory Agency (PMRA) invites stakeholders and the public to submit written comments on Pesticide Cost Recovery Pre-Proposal Notice, A Consultation Document in Advance of Parliamentary Proposal.

This pre-proposal notification provides notice, as required under the User Fees Act 2004, that we are proposing revised fees, and their affiliated service standards and performance measures. This document also provides you with the information on how to comment on the proposed changes and information on next steps.

As part of the consultation process, the PMRA will host a webinar to provide an overview of the Pesticide Cost Recovery Pre-Proposal Notice, to be held on Thursday, 8 January 2015, from 1 to 3 p.m. (EST).

The webinar will be broadcast in English and if requested, French copies of the presentation will be sent via e-mail. Participation in either official language is encouraged. Complete instructions for viewing the webinar will be sent to you by e-mail in advance of the presentation.
