Applications and Submissions

As per the Natural Health Products Regulations, product and site licences are required before a natural health product can be marketed in Canada. This section explains what applications and submissions are required to meet the requirements of the Natural Health Products Regulations. In addition, all the tools necessary for the industry to come into compliance with the Natural Health Products Regulations are available in the topics area to the left of your screen.

Information on natural health products that have been licensed for sale in Canada is available in the Licensed Natural Health Products Database. A site licence holders list is also available online.
