Update to the citizenship certificate name instructions to include links to the naming procedures
Summary
The instructions on how names are recorded or changed on a citizenship certificate have been updated to remove the link to chapter IM 1, Procedures for Establishing Name Records in CIC Systems, and to add a link to the new naming procedures found in Naming procedures: Establishing name records in CIC systems.
