Program delivery update: Study permits – Clarification on family members exemptions

The section Family members has been removed from the list of study permit exemptions found in the Who needs a study permit instructions. This removal is to clarify that family members still require a study permit even though they are exempt from needing a letter of acceptance.
Correct instructions on exemptions for family members are retained in the Designated learning institutions and Letters of acceptance instructions.
