The following updated instructions took effect on July 30, 2021.
The Temporary public policy for out-of-status construction workers in the GTA that took effect on January 2, 2020, will terminate on July 29, 2021. It will be replaced by the Temporary public policy to further facilitate access to permanent resident status for out-of-status construction workers in the GTA. The eligibility criteria have been revised.
