The program delivery instructions (PDIs) for Express Entry have been updated to reflect new exemptions for foreign national physicians working in Canada.
The new exemptions are set out in the Temporary public policy to facilitate the issuance of permanent resident visas for physicians providing publicly funded medical services in Canada and the Ministerial Instructions respecting the Express Entry system.
