Program delivery update : Quebec investors – [R204(c) – T10] – Labour market impact assessment (LMIA) exemption codes and table of contents

The following changes were made to the temporary workers program instructions:
- Links to the Quebec investors instructions have been added to the table of contents and labour market impact assessment (LMIA) exemption codes landing pages.
- The Quebec investors instructions have been updated to include, internally only, a “Quebec notice of intent to select template” issued by the Ministère de l’Immigration, de la Francisation et de l’Intégration).
- References to the expired “Temporary public policy to facilitate the issuance of an open work permit to former or current post-graduation work permit (PGWP) holders during the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic – January 27 to July 27, 2021” have been added to the LMIA exemption codes landing page. Links to the Public policy to issue an open work permit to certain PGWP holders – April 6 to December 31, 2023, and Service delivery have also been added.
- Further updates to the table of contents and the LMIA exemption codes landing page have also been made to make sure the links are functional and correct.
