How to Get a Police Certificate - Kyrgyzstan
If you need to give your fingerprints for a police certificate, this isn’t the same as giving your biometrics (fingerprints and photo) for an application.
Name of the document you need
Reference certificate on presence or absence of criminal records (Spravka o nalichii libo otsutstvii sudimosti)
Police certificate and IRCC requirements
You must provide a police certificate when you apply for permanent residence in Canada and for some temporary residence programs (please see the Document Checklist and/or visa office requirements for details).
How to apply
If you live in Kyrgyzstan
You should apply:
- In person at your local Public Service Centre. You may also give a representative Power of Attorney to apply on your behalf
- Through payment terminals connected to the system of the government electronic services.
- On-line at www.portal.tunduk.kg
If you live outside of Kyrgyzstan
You can apply at the Consular Section of your nearest Embassy of Kyrgyzstan.
Special considerations
The police certificate must indicate all names you have used while in Kyrgyzstan.
The Embassy only accepts original police certificates. Print-outs of online search results and electronic certificates are not acceptable.
