This program is closed. We are not accepting applications as we have received enough applications to fill the available spaces.

This program was an option for migration for people who have family in Canada, and:

• are nationals of Colombia, Haiti or Venezuela, and
• lived in South or Central America, Mexico or the Caribbean, and
• whose family member in Canada was:
  • a Canadian citizen or permanent resident
  • your spouse, common-law partner, child, grandchild, parent, grandparent, or sibling
  • willing to support an application
