New provincial/territorial attestation letter exemptions for study permit applications
Students may need to include a provincial attestation letter (PAL) or territorial attestation letter (TAL) from the province or territory where they plan to study when they apply for a study permit.
If your application is already in progress (but hasn’t been submitted), check the list of PAL/TAL exemptions to see if you need to include one.
