Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) is offering a virtual learning series to show employers how they can make use of Canada’s immigration programs and services.

Each session will feature a new topic and will give employers an opportunity to ask questions. Attend one or all sessions based on your interests and needs.

Hosted by IRCC, each two-hour information session will

• feature a different Atlantic province
• provide an overview of the support available to employers
• explain how employers can hire foreign workers through pathways like
  • the Temporary Foreign Worker Program
  • the International Mobility Program
  • the Atlantic Immigration Program
  • Express Entry
  • the provincial nominee programs

Overview of the Atlantic Immigration Program

This monthly information session will be hosted by IRCC and will show Atlantic employers how they can leverage the Atlantic Immigration Program to address permanent labour needs. During these sessions, we will discuss

• why employers may want to support candidates for permanent residence
• how this program addresses labour needs specific to the Atlantic region
• the roles and responsibilities of employers
• how IRCC’s dedicated service channel supports employers
