The Honourable François-Philippe Champagne, Minister of Foreign Affairs, will participate in the Alliance for Multilateralism conference, Advocating Human Rights in the 21st Century, hosted in Berlin by Heiko Maas, Germany’s Federal Minister for Foreign Affairs, on December 10, 2019. Minister Champagne will then attend the inaugural Aswan Forum for Sustainable Peace and Development in Africa in Aswan, Egypt, on December 11 and 12, 2019.
