Further to the Canadian International Trade Tribunal’s inquiry (NQ 2025 009), the Tribunal found today that the dumping of certain truck bodies, originating in or exported from China, has caused injury to the domestic industry. Anti-dumping and countervailing duties will therefore be collected by the Canada Border Services Agency. The complainants in this case were Morgan Canada Corporation of Bolton, Ontario, and Morgan Transit Corporation of Laval, Québec.
