The Honourable Anita Anand, Minister of Foreign Affairs, today announced the following diplomatic appointment: Robert Sinclair will become Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to the Kingdom of Sweden. Mr. Sinclair will replace Jason LaTorre.
