Kellie Leitch, Minister of Labour and Minister of Status of Women, congratulated the National Arts Centre and the Public Service Alliance of Canada (PSAC) today on reaching a new collective agreement for some 70 employees responsible for security, parking and property management at the Ottawa performing arts centre.
