Ombudsman Website — We Want Your Perspective

We want to enhance our website, and we need your help.

The Office of the Ombudsman for the Department of National Defence and the Canadian Armed Forces is hosting virtual focus groups to better understand how the Defence community members use our website. We want to know what works well, and where we can enhance the experience for you.

We’re looking for volunteers from across the community to share your feedback. No preparation needed—just your experience.

 

Focus Group Details:

When: Week of 23 March 2026

Format: 1‑hour virtual session (Microsoft Teams)

Participants: Small group discussion (5–8 people)

Your insights will directly support meaningful enhancements that benefit all who rely on the Ombudsman’s services.
