Accepting applications until December 31, 2026, or until program funds are fully committed, whichever comes first.


3. How to apply

To apply for funding through the Lytton Business Restart Program:

  1. Review the eligibility requirements
  2. Contact us at lytton@pacifican.gc.ca to schedule a consultation to discuss your business plans and potential program application
  3. Submit an Expression of Interest (for non-core and new businesses in the Small Business Recovery stream only)
  4. Submit an application with:
    • proof of business and ownership
    • the latest available annual financial statement
    • forecast income statements and cash flows
    • a business plan, including:
      • business activities, costs and timelines
      • key partners
      • other confirmed or potential funding (e.g., insurance or partner funding)
      • expected results and community impacts
      • issues for restart and solutions (e.g., remediation and utility reconnection plans)
    • for returning businesses:
      • financial statements from before the wildfire (June 30, 2021) or other proof of operation at that time
      • an attestation to continued ownership since the wildfire until the date of application

PacifiCan will review a credit score report for Small Business Recovery stream applicants.
