An online portal for applicants to submit their record suspension (pardon) and cannabis record suspension applications.

The PBC Service Portal launched on October 1, 2026.
Applicants and/or their representative can use the PBC Service Portal to:
- Start an application online, save it, and complete it later;
- Upload required supporting documents; and
- Track the stage of an application.
To create a PBC Service Portal account, you will need to log in or create a GCKey account.
