About the intake process
The BCSF utilizes a timed intake process. Applications are being accepted until July 17, 2026, 12:00 pm MDT. A subsequent intake will be announced later in 2026-27. More intakes could follow subject to the availability of funds.
To be considered for funding, projects will have submitted a complete and sufficiently detailed application, which will allow PrairiesCan to thoroughly review and validate the information against the program’s eligibility criteria.
We encourage you to contact us prior to submitting an application – a PrairiesCan officer can help answer your questions.
