Has your organization developed department-specific values and ethics training plans down to the divisional level?

  • No

If not, to what level have department-specific values and ethics training plans been developed and what is your target time frame for completing this work?

As a department of 80 Full-Time Equivalents (FTEs), we do not have the capacity for this. The Canada School of Public Service (CSPS) is developing one or more courses on this subject. Our plan is to make these mandatory for employees, once available.
