June 30, 2014 Administrative Burden Baseline Count
In its Red Tape Reduction Action Plan, the Government committed to build on the efforts of the Paperwork Burden Reduction Initiative by requiring departments, through the Administrative Burden Baseline, to provide a count of the requirements in federal regulations that impose an administrative burden on business.
All federal regulations that are administered by the Public Health Agency of Canada that have requirements that impose administrative burden on business are identified below. This page reflects the Public Health Agency of Canada's initial baseline count of requirements which impose administrative burden on business, which was counted on June 30, 2014. The total June 30, 2014 baseline count was 42. The current baseline count can be seen on the Administrative Burden Baseline main page.
