The web version of the September 2018 issue of Canadian Communicable Disease Report (CCDR) did not include the visual abstract “Rat bite fever (RBF) on Vancouver Island: Rare but higher than expected” Footnote 1. It has now been added to the web version of the publication. No change was required for the PDF version of the publication.

The infographic “Pertussis (whooping cough) is still a danger to infants” was placed in the PDF version Can Commun Dis Rep 2018;44(9):195 without a citation and was not identified in the Table of Contents. It was also not included in the web version. The infographic is now included in the Table of Contents of the PDF and has been added to both the Table of Contents and the text of the web version; both now have a citation Footnote 2.
