List of lower receivers: for businesses
The following lower receivers are classified as prohibited under the Criminal Code as of May 1, 2020.
Eligible businesses can turn in lower receivers and receive compensation through the Assault-Style Firearms Compensation Program.

Claims for firearms and devices prohibited on May 1, 2020 must be submitted by April 30, 2025 in order to receive compensation. Information on program deadlines for firearms prohibited in December 2024 and March 2025 will be provided at a later date.
