Unlock Federal Opportunities - Session with Competition Bureau Canada

Procurement Assistance Canada – Quebec Region, in collaboration with the Competition Bureau Canada (CBC), invites you to a virtual presentation to learn how this federal organisation protects and promotes competition for the benefits of Canadian consumers and businesses. Whether you are issuing tenders or submitting bids, there are rules in Canadian competition law that you need to be aware of. This session will be exclusively in French.. This session will allow you to learn about:

  1. Why competition law matters to small businesses and entrepreneurs
  2. How the Competition Bureau helps protect and promote competition
  3. How competition law applies to procurement and what resources are available to businesses and procurement professionals
  4. How to protect your business with compliance measures
  5. How to recognize bid-rigging in order to prevent it and take action when it occurs

This meeting is for all entrepreneurs and Small Medium Enterprises (SME) who are interested federal business opportunities, as well as organizations that support entrepreneurship and SMEs.
