The work has begun! An enhanced HR and pay experience is on the way to help process transactions quickly and accurately.

Currently, when a pay transaction needs manual intervention, compensation advisors have to painstakingly enter everything manually. It can take hours to complete a simple transaction.

Powered by Artificial Intelligence, a new virtual assistant will support the work of compensation advisors and help tackle the backlog of outstanding transactions, ensuring accuracy and transparency at every step.
