About the assessment

The CLIENT-AT is a standardized, multiple-choice test that assesses your ability to react appropriately to various employee-client scenarios.

This test assesses the following EPSI competencies:

  • Client-oriented
  • Ability to transmit information
  • Interpersonal communications
  • Problem-solving

For each question, you will be provided with a brief employee-client scenario that requires your action as the employee. Following the scenario, five possible actions are listed.

In responding, you will have to analyze the scenario and make a decision on the best combination of actions for each situation. In other words, you must choose the pair of actions that most effectively contributes to resolving the situation presented in the scenario.
