What we're doing
We've listened to your feedback and are working on the following improvements:
-
Enhanced dedicated helpline agent training
- We redesigned the resources available to our phone agents and overhauled their training program. These improvements aim to provide more efficient and effective support to our volunteers.
-
Extended the CVITP Grant pilot for another year
- Respondents expressed their need for and appreciation of this program. We will continue to offer the CVITP Grant into the next year and work on making the pilot permanent.
Our free tax clinic programs count on community organizations and volunteers from coast-to-coast-to-coast, and they wouldn’t be possible without their ongoing dedication to the program and their communities.
