CRA sign in – forgot your user ID

If you are a new user, you have to register for a CRA account before you can use this service. Go to Register for a CRA account.

If you forgot your CRA user ID:

• Go to Sign in to your CRA account
• Select CRA user ID and password
• Select Forgot your user ID?
• Provide the personal information requested

Once you have completed the recovery of your CRA user ID, return to the service you are attempting to use and sign in.
