Access the CRA sign-in services during our available hours of service. If you are having difficulty, you might need to update your browser.

Hours of service
CRA sign-in services are available 21 hours a day. Due to daily maintenance activities, they are not available between the hours of 3 am and 6 am (Eastern time).
Additional service maintenance
CRA online services may also be unavailable during the following maintenance schedule:
- Friday, February 2, 2024 until Monday, February 5, 2024
- Friday, May 10, 2024 until Monday, May 13, 2024
- Friday, October 18, 2024 until Monday, October 21, 2024
Browser requirements
If you are not able to access the CRA sign-in services, you might need to upgrade your browser version to meet the latest security standards. To ensure that you have uninterrupted access to the CRA sign-in services, your browser must:
- Support Transport Layer Security (TLS) 1.2 or higher
- Have TLS 1.2 or higher enabled
- Have Cookies enabled
- Have JavaScript enabled
The CRA is not responsible for any difficulties or problems in downloading and installing software. Technical support is provided by the software suppliers.

Troubleshooting tips
If you experience issues accessing the CRA sign-in services, you can:
- Refresh your browser
- Try using a different browser
- Try using a different device
- Clear your cache, delete your cookies and internet history
- Try using the data on your cellphone as opposed to WIFI
- Restart your computer
