IT293RSR ARCHIVED - Debtor's gain on settlement of debt

This Special Release constitutes an update to IT-293R dealing with the gain that a debtor realizes, in settling a debt or other obligation otherwise than by the paymenty in full of the principal amount, is applied to reduce losses in a specific order.
