   If you received business income from outside Saskatchewan

   If you resided in Saskatchewan on December 31, 2025 (or the date you left Canada if you emigrated in 2025) and all or part of your 2025 business income was earned and can be allocated to a permanent establishment outside Saskatchewan, use Form T2203, Provincial and Territorial Taxes for Multiple Jurisdictions instead of Form SK428.
