Questions about registered plans you administer

Contact the Registered Plans Directorate for any questions related to savings and pension plans you administer, including account-related information in your Registered Plan Administration Account.

Agents are available Monday to Friday (except holidays) from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. (Eastern time). Any calls the Directorate receives outside these hours will be directed to a voice-mail system. Calls will be returned the next business day.

The Registered Plans Directorate’s mailing address has temporarily changed. Please use the following address for all correspondence about savings and pension plans administration until further notice:
