The budget for the revolving fund corresponds to the data in the Annual Reference Level Update for 2025–2026 (update of the current year, 2024–2025). The revolving fund is a standing authorization from Parliament to make payments from the Treasury to fund activities. This authorization can be obtained through a special act or an appropriation act (Treasury Board of Canada Secretariat’s Guide on Financial Arrangements and Finding Options).
