Do you want to sharpen your translation reflexes? To avoid sentence structure copied directly from the original English? Or to quickly find solutions to your translation problems? If so, then this workshop is for you. You will review various reformulation techniques and principles of comparative stylistics and, most importantly, have the opportunity to unleash your creativity.

You must already be involved in translating or revising English-to-French texts.

The workshop is given in French; however, you are welcome to use the official language of your choice.

At the end of the workshop, you will be able to:
- use reformulation techniques more instinctively
- avoid structural calques in your translations more easily
- identify and correct cumbersome structures, repetitions and other stylistic weaknesses in your texts more skillfully
