Now that machine translation tools are part of our daily work lives, can we still produce good translations? Of course! In this workshop, you will learn how to use your judgment so you can stay in control of the translation process and continue to enjoy translating. Let’s see if you can spot the mistakes made by machine translation tools.
With a resolutely practical approach, this workshop will present common translation problems and ways to fix them.

- Specialists in translation or revision (English to French).
- Prerequisite
- You must already be involved in translating or revising English-to-French texts.
- Language
- The workshop is given in French; however, you are welcome to use the official language of your choice.

- identify some common machine translation errors
- use proven techniques to correct these errors
- use your judgment to produce quality translations
