Pay Notes

  1. Pay increment (applicable to all employees): Every twelve (12) month period, on the anniversary of his or her hiring date, the employee shall advance to the next increment.
  2. An employee being paid at Level CX-04 shall have his/her rate pf pay increased:
    1. On , to a rate of pay within the "A" scale which is one point two five percent (1.25%) higher than his/her former rate of pay;
    2. On , to a rate of pay within the "B" scale which is one point two five percent (1.25%) higher than his/her former rate of pay;
    3. On , to a rate of pay within the "X" scale which is two point three zero percent (2.30%) higher than his/her former rate of pay;
    4. On , to a rate of pay within the "Y" scale which is $1750;
    5. On , to a rate of pay within the "C" scale which is one point two five percent (1.25%) higher than his/her former rate of pay;
    6. On , to a rate of pay within the "D" scale which is one point two five percent (1.25%) higher than his/her former rate of pay.
