Pay Note

  1. An employee being paid at Level PI-07 or PI-CGC-08 shall have his/her rate of pay increased
    1. On , to a rate of pay within the "A" scale which is one point two five percent (1.25%) higher than his/her former rate of pay.
    2. On , to a rate of pay within the "B" scale which is one point two five percent (1.25%) higher than his/her former rate of pay.
    3. On , to a rate of pay within the "X" scale which is zero point five percent (0.50%) higher than his/her former rate of pay.
    4. On , to a new maximum rate of pay within the "Y" scale, if the employee has been at the maximum of the salary range for twelve (12) months or more on .
