Pay Notes

  1. Pay increment period full-time employees: The pay increment period for all employees is twelve (12) months.
  2. An employee shall, on the relevant effective date of adjustment to the rates of pay, be paid in the A, B, C or D scale of rates at the rate shown immediately below his/her former rate.
    1. On , to a rate of pay within the "A" scale which is one point two five percent (1.25%) higher than his/her former rate of pay.
    2. On , to a rate of pay within the "B" scale which is one point two five percent (1.25%) higher than his/her former rate of pay.
